Order Processing
All orders received on business days, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 3-5 days subject to volume. Any orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched within 3-5 days from the next business day. We will always try and ship your order in full, however if a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, we will be in contact to best meet your delivery needs.

Free delivery nationwide on all orders $80.00 NZD and over
Delivery fees under $80.00 NZD
$8.50 NZD North Island delivery
$12.50 NZD South Island delivery
We are sorry, we do not ship outside of New Zealand. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ship from Hamilton and all orders are shipped with New Zealand Couriers.
Please note that we send all parcels via signature required couriers. If you choose to leave your parcel at a designated area, Zibido Hair accepts no responsibility for ensuring the package is received.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery, rural delivery may take up to 5 days. While we don’t charge additional fees for dangerous goods, please be aware these can delay delivery timeframes by up to 8 days when courier volumes are high. All shipping indications on this site are based on average shipping times for the stated product and where customers have supplied all their correct shipping information. Zibido Hair endeavours to meet these shipping schedules but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete shipping information or delayed courier deliveries.
Weather, promotional periods, public holidays and delivery network issues can all cause delivery delays.
If your order does not arrive within 8 days, please contact us. If your order has been shipped, please contact New Zealand Couriers with your tracking code.
